Zu diesem Zweck wird im Rahmen des Ministerrates ein AKP-EG-Ausschuss für Zusammenarbeit bei der Entwicklungsfinanzierung (im folgenden der "AKP-EG-Ausschuss" genannt) eingesetzt.

The International Telecommunication Union (ITU) has worked out technical specifications for ADSL full rate - with speeds up to 8 Mbit/s downstream and 1 Mbit/s upstream - in its Recommendation 6.992.1.
