In the cases of B. and D., it was alleged that the accused threatened to send revealing photographs to either their parents or to a pornographic magazine if they did not agree to perform sexual favours for him.

The evidence of these girls indicated that the accused had gone through much the same process of recruiting the girls supposedly for babysitting and showing them pornographic magazines and photographs.
