The judge shall formulate in writing the questions, subject to resolution by the jurors, with an account for the results of the judicial investigation and the parties' presentations, shall read them out and hand them in to the parties.

Судья с учетом результатов судебного следствия, прений сторон формулирует в письменном виде вопросы, подлежащие разрешению присяжными заседателями, зачитывает их и передает сторонам.
