OK, so he steps out of line sometimes, but that doesn’t make him a bad person. 

He’s actually a standup guy… even if he forgets his place/oversteps his boundaries from time to time.

Yeah, he cuts up sometimes, but honestly, I could do a lot worse.

He’s actually good people — he just gets carried away sometimes.

He has his moments, but he’s actually not that bad.
