В случае возникновения такого конфликта член Совета директоров обязуется сообщить об этом другим членам Совета, а также воздержаться от голосования по соответствующим вопросам.

In case, the conflict occurs, the member of the Board of Directors is obliged to inform on that the other members of the Board, as well as to abstain from voting on the appropriate issues.
