В интересах малолетнего совершенная им сделка может быть по требованию его родителей, усыновителей или опекуна признана судом действительной, если она совершена к выгоде малолетнего.

In the interest of the young minor, the deal he has effected may be recognized by the court as valid upon the demand of his parents, adopters or guardian, if it has been made to the benefit of the young minor.

Товары в несопровождаемом багаже несовершеннолетнего лица в возрасте до шестнадцати лет подлежат декларированию одним из родителей, усыновителем, опекуном или попечителем либо лицами, действующими по доверенности указанных лиц.

The goods contained in the unattended baggage of an underage person below sixteen years old should be declared by his (or her) parent, stepparent, guardian, or trustee, or by a person acting upon a power of attorney of said persons.
