In the cases, stipulated by the present Code , the guardianship and trusteeship bodies or the court shall be able to take the decision only with the consent of the child, who has reached the age of 10 years.

В случаях, предусмотренных настоящим Кодексом , органы опеки и попечительства или суд могут принять решение только с согласия ребенка, достигшего возраста десяти лет.

Upon the receipt of such information, the guardianship and trusteeship body shall be obliged to take the necessary measures to protect the child's rights and legal interests.

При получении таких сведений орган опеки и попечительства обязан принять необходимые меры по защите прав и законных интересов ребенка.

The family rights shall be defended by the court according to the rules of the civil legal proceedings, and in the cases, stipulated by the present Code, by the state bodies or by the guardianship and trusteeship bodies.

Защита семейных прав осуществляется судом по правилам гражданского судопроизводства, а в случаях, предусмотренных настоящим Кодексом, государственными органами, в том числе органами опеки и попечительства.

The cases about restoration in the parenthood shall be considered with the participation of the guardianship and trusteeship body, and of the Prosecutor.

The differences, which may arise between the child's guardian and his underaged parents, shall be resolved by the guardianship and trusteeship body.

If the parents cannot reach an agreement, the dispute shall be resolved in court with the participation of the guardianship and trusteeship body, upon the claim of the parents (of one of them).

Если родители не могут прийти к соглашению, спор разрешается судом с участием органа опеки и попечительства по требованию родителей (одного из них).
