It seems to me, she ¿fails to meet her responsibilities?/can't cope with .../can't keep serving ... in the main hall.
The thing is не справляется doesn't necessarily require an object (с чем-то) if the speaker and the listener both know what it's about, unlike its English counterpart (If I'm not mistaken).
