The context isn't full but it's more likely to be ONLY.

I asked because of the comma. To me it looks like BUT... “But if someone ahead of you cancels...”

Btw, Uly, you're right about the comma :
Только, если никто перед вами не отменит бронирование, у вас нет шансов купить билеты на этот рейс.
But, if nobody ahead of you cancels their booking there isn't any chance for you to get the tickets for this flight.

I can't imagine the requested sentence with "but", that's why I moved the comma to the front of the phrase.
