Holy Moly is correct. Your version is correct, but a little poetic. We would say: (1) I have neither brother nor sister; (2) I have neither a brother nor a sister; (3) Более естественный вариант: I have no brothers or sisters. (4) Самый лучший вариант: I have no siblings/I don’t have any siblings.
