Obsession в квадрате. Пять букв слишком длинно. "Delivery" можно взять в скобки - все равно понятно.

Идиоты - потому, что это документ для обыкновенного клиента, не для внутреннего использования (или между компаниями, занимающимися этим профессионально). Документ электронный, не рукописный. Места полно для осмысленных слов, хотя бы в дополнение к бессмысленным аббревиатурам. Национальная болезнь.

О, WDD нашлось -- With Delivery Depot. Значит, WCD -- это, по всей видимости, With Customer Depot. Так, дело вроде пошло ))
Думаю, там на вкладке Status должны быть остальные аббр-ры

ITH -- это наверно In The {какой-то} Hub (➡️ATH), а IND -- In The Depot (➡️WDD)

The acronyms aren’t as idiotic as you might think because we see them all our lives and they follow an order. And if that isn’t enough, you have little icons to guide you, so that even ordinary customers can work them out. They basically explain the delays between the item leaving the warehouse and arriving at your door:

WCD: Warehouse Clearance Delay
ITH: In Transit to Hub
ATH: At The Hub
ITD: In Transit to Destination
WDD: Warehouse Delay to Destination
OFD: Out For Delivery
DEL: Delivered

POD = Payment On Delivery

I don't think so. I think it's common in Russia and possibly in US, but I've never heard of this in UK except, possibly, for takeaways.
And now, instead of 'No POD available', I see in this place on the same (bigger) grey background the 'Delivery Note' saying 'left safe'. The driver called me and followed my instructions.
