Поскольку грузоотправитель опротестовал этот факт и настаивал на выдаче "чистого коносамента", я предупредил его в письменном виде, что я подписывал вышеуказанный коносамент и не могу быть ответственным за случай перевозки груза на малое расстояние, который, по моему мнению, обусловлен исключительно виной грузоотправителя.
