In this expression, there are two separate sentiments: (1) "I know" expresses agreement with the speaker AND that you feel the same or are experiencing the same thing, and (2) "right?" expresses total agreement based on (1). So it's not a question per se because the listener isn't expected to respond. For instance, in the example given above - Why does YouTube keep suggesting people TO ME with perfect lives?, the response "I know, right?" means "They do the same thing to me, isn't it annoying!" In a more positive context: A: Your little sister has gotten so pretty. B: I know, right? = I agree 100% -or- I've noticed it too - isn't she gorgeous! Some people say "I know, huh? with the same meaning. An alternative expression that's used the same way is "Isn't [pronoun] though?" Again, totally rhetorical, but expressing the same personal experience + agreement: A: Man, Russian is hard. B: Isn't it though? (= It's tough for me too! I couldn't agree with you more.)

Улий, твой перевод очень хорош, а значит, достоин того, чтобы его опубликовать. У тебя есть все основания доверять своему русскому языку. ) Однако, наши переводы тоже не так уж далеки от истины, хотя более ситуативны. В (1) подошли бы: (И) не говори! А я что говорю! Во (2): Не говори! И, наконец, в (3): Не говори! Как я тебя понимаю! Та же фигня! При этом должна признать, что твой перевод лучше передаёт наличие двух параллельных, но всё же отличающихся друг от друга намерений говорящего. Браво!

Татьяна, спасибо большое за комплимент. Я просто не доверяю своему русскому по отношению к таким разговорным выражениям ну потому что я не говорю по-русски, только пишу. Когда я прочитал вариант Александры у меня было такое чувство, что он верен, поскольку её английский так силен. Но, в принципе, я не знаю, что он значит. Спасибо большое за разъяснение и примеры)
