The transfer of shares to a different custody account of the same holder without payment is not classified as a disposal; in such cases, the custodian bank making the transfer must notify the new custodian bank of the historical cost of the shares.

If the key referred to in Article 29 is adjusted, the national central banks shall transfer among themselves capital shares to the extent necessary to ensure that the distribution of capital shares corresponds to the adjusted key.
