Actually, this is the perfect context for WILL HAVE BEEN, although most people wouldn't repeat the verb WORK and just say BE GOING ON.

По-русски "Я буду работать здесь уже 5 оет..." тоже вряд ли кто-нибудь скажет. Очевидно, что русский текст специально подогнали под английский Future Perfect не заботясь о естественности фразы.
