Тоже топорная работа. Грамматика не ахти. Обычно выражение make someone do без частицы to, а глагол listen как раз требует предлог to после себя.
Весь день заставляли выполнять дурацкую,бесполезную работу, не слушая никаких толковых высказываний от сотрудников. Не знаю, что сказать на этот счёт. Считаю такое недопустимым

All day, they had us do these silly, pointless tasks, turning a deaf ear to any sensible suggestions from (their/our) coworkers/associates. I don't know how to react to this. I find it unacceptable.

Eugene, your translation also has problems: PUT US TO DO sounds extremely clumsy, if not downright archaic:
Additionally, a COLLEGE is a university. I believe you meant COLLEAGUE, which would be incorrect as well given that a colleague is someone who does the same job you do, but doesn't necessarily work with you. You can have a colleague on the other side of the world.
REACT is used with the complement TO, not ON.
I GUESS is the wrong choice of words. It's too wishy-washy compared to the original Russian. It doesn't express a concrete opinion.
At least I tried) but thanks for correcting
Yes, and it was a great try)) Oleg too!
