Let me give you a tip: if you ever write something you would potentially say in real life, use contractions (I’m). It’ll make your English read much more naturally.

а почему present continuous >> всегда, а не сейчас?

I translated “now“ as теперь, and wanted to show that it’s a general statement, and not one time, which is why I put всегда in parentheses.

But I think what Anna is trying to say is that she's in a rush at the moment. But she wants to use NOW and we don't use it like that.
