When you see "Good product return" -- do you understand it as a "return of a good product" (возврат хорошего товара) or a "good return of product" (хороший возврат товара)?

This must be a Chinese product with that kind of English. Normally “product-return” is an adjective used in phrases like “product-return policy” or “product-return rate”. So GOOD would serve to describe these: “You can buy safely from this company online — it has a [good] [product-return policy].”
