Uly, здесь "товар" - для продажи, "склад" - продавца.
Do your translations cover this scenario, especially the "reach" one?

Yes, "items" refers to specific goods to be sold in a store or online, and I'm assuming that sklad means warehouse, because you and Elena both translated it that way. When there's a question about wares that someone is looking to buy or sell, and especially their location or availability, you will most often see them referred to as "items."
