Valery, DATE isn't a verb here because we don't say "to date with someone." It's a noun - probably in the phrase "to have a date with someone."

Александр, это не глагол.

Улий, my teacher said that it is verb, please, prove your thought

In the phrase “DATE WITH” it can only be a verb if it means to apply a date to something with something - and I can’t even think of an example. Otherwise, if it means to go out with someone, or meet someone for a romantic rendezvous, we don’t use WITH, we just say “She’s dating him” or “they’re dating.” However, as a noun, we can say “She has a date with him tonight.”
