TBH, I don't fully understand what exactly the sentence in Russian means. That's why I tried to translate it is as close to the original as possible.

"тут" can mean any position on this page or any other page.
And it's not clear what exactly "пусть будет тут" - it can be the video or anything else (that position depends on whether the video is added or not).
