Если упоминают отсюда, то всегда нужно, но дело в том, что не всегда умонинают это: What did she withdraw (from the bank)? -She withdrew money (from it.). When she saw the hunter draw his knife, she withdrew her eyes (from the scene) so as to not watch him kill the hog.
